Spring Herb Workshop for Children with Sarah Wisniewski

Welcome to the herb workshop in May. Here you will learn to recognise and identify the wild plants around you. The herbalist Sarah Wisniewski will tell you a great deal about the healing properties of the edible greens from the roadside and what you can make from them.
Which plant is edible?
How can you pick stinging nettles without getting stung?
Which herb used to be the one always used for playing truant?
In this workshop we go exploring through Mainz, gather herbs and then turn them into tasty dishes and little presents to take home.
