FLORA meets Sarah Wisniewski: Spring Herb Workshop

Welcome to the May herb workshop. Here you will learn to spot and identify the wild plants growing around you. The herbalist Sarah Wisniewski will tell you a great deal about the healing properties of the edible greens from the roadside and what you can make from them.
Which plant is edible? How can you pick a stinging nettle without getting stung? Which herb was once always used to get out of going to school?
In this workshop we set off on an expedition through Mainz, gather herbs and then turn them into tasty dishes and little things to take home.
