Astrid Schmitt-Dossou is a qualified nutritional scientist (Dipl. Ökotrophologin), a certified specialist in medicinal plants and an organic gardener. Her passion is hands-on herb education combining health, nutrition and plant knowledge. She teaches at the Akademie Gesundes Leben in Oberursel, among other places.
